Projects Coordinator-Ecommerce

Responsibilities

  • Should oversee a team of designers, team of data processing, team of online Marketing, Software Developers and is responsible for all online activities.

  • Produce and manage an overall site optimization strategy and provide recommendations on how technology can solve business challenges.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize user experience, engagement, reduce bounce rate and ultimately drive conversion while ensuring landing pages are optimized for specific visitors and goals.

  • Work closely with Website Analysts in overseas to report on progress of conversion optimization on a weekly basis and compare against targets

  • Create and measure conversion goals against identified strategies by device – mobile, platform, desktop, app, etc.

  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis – highlight industry leaders & identify opportunities.

  • Utilize customer data and feedback, user experience research and site analytics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure online products such as suiting and accessories is optimized with inventory position.

  • Execute merchandising strategies for cross-selling and up-selling within the product catalogue.

  • Do vendor development / sellers for our upcoming E-commerce portal.

  • Effectively convert business requirements to Technical designs and implementation.

  • Project Planning based on the proposal and budget.

  • Effectively manage the project based on the budget, schedule and resources.

  • Conduct project review meetings with Project Steering Committee on project status including milestones, risks and exceptions.

  • Assurance of the successful deliverables of the Project.

  • Provides timely reporting on issues and track these issues through regular project meetings.

  • Support Developers on the technical issues.

  • Assurance of the successful closure of the project with 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for identifying, analysing, measuring and managing project risks.

  • Beyond this, e-commerce managers need a strong understanding of Web analytic software that track the success of a site.

Desired Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interactive, e-commerce or online marketing, including in site analytics and optimization experience as well as the technology used for generating online sales.

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology related program.

  • Experience with marketing technologies including e-commerce systems, content management systems, data management platforms, mobile platforms, ad servers, email service providers, digital asset management.

  • Detail oriented, organized, process driven and able to multi-task.

  • Strong communication skills at both a technical and business level.

  • Self-starter, results oriented and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Should have graphic design, web design skills.

  • Should have experience in advertising design as many e-commerce sites promote their products on other sites.

  • Should have a grasp of Web design software to properly critique and advise the team.

  • Excellent Excel skills and Sales force knowledge is a plus.

  • Apparel E-commerce merchandising experience is a plus.
